Parent Education Advocacy Academy brings together parents in a safe and loving environment to become powerful advocates for their children.
Join us for seven bi-weekly two-hour sessions to learn:
- where your child is academically and how to get them to the next level
- how to communicate with teachers
- how to be build a movement of parents to build a bridge to better schools

WORKSHOPS
Bridge 2 Hope workshops tackle the unique challenges and concerns that parents like us face - like how to get what you need from an IEP meeting, how to protect your children from bullying, or the science of reading. Our workshops connect you with like-minded parents in a safe and loving environment where you'll gain knowledge and skills that boost your confidence.
But our movement is bigger than our children, we're advocating for ALL children. By attending our workshops, you also contribute to our broader movement to change inequitable policies and systems that have disempowered our communities for generations.

We know firsthand the struggles many of our families face. For generations, inequities in our education system have led to lost opportunities and hardships. Our families are proud and resilient but sometimes need support to meet their basic needs.
We recognize the genius in our children. We also recognize the genius in our parents. Bridge 2 Hope links families to critical partners and resources such as job training, healthcare and educational supports. We offer workforce development to help parents acquire skills, overcome barriers and find meaningful employment to promote economic advancement and social empowerment.
